Ruth Langford Tipruthanna pleaded not guilty to trespass at Snow Hill (Eastern Tiers) and sought adjournment. Ruth opposed prosecutor’s bail conditions – to not re-enter area where she was arrested – on the grounds logging operations had likely finished and it’s public land. Case adjourned for mention on 14 July and Ruth bailed with no conditions.
