Tell the Truth

Today and every day we acknowledge Country and our enduring connection to the lands, seas, waterways and skies of Lutruwita to which Palawa have always belonged. We acknowledge that it is through the strength, resilience, love and care of our Old People that we continue to be connected to Country, culture and each other. We pay our respects to all Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples across this continent and to First Nations/Indigenous peoples everywhere. We acknowledge the cultural obligations we have as First Nations people to protect Country and we deeply honour this custodianship.

We Are Country, Country Is Us.
